4.3 Delivery

Digital Products are generally made available immediately upon successful payment confirmation, or within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase.

5. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

5.1 Payment

All payments for Digital Products must be made in advance. We accept the payment methods listed on the Site at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location.

5.2 No Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of Digital Products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless:

  • The product is defective or substantially different from its description;

  • Applicable law in your jurisdiction (including consumer protection laws in the United States or Canada) mandates a right of withdrawal or refund that cannot be contractually waived.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, please contact us at privacy@welunova.com with your order details within 14 days of purchase. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

5.3 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend access to your account and any purchased Digital Products pending resolution.

5.4 Taxes

You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by your jurisdiction in connection with your purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, icons, audio, video, digital downloads, and the WeLUNOVA™ brand and trademark — is owned by or licensed to BELF1 di E.S. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark laws in Italy, the United States, Canada, and other jurisdictions.

6.2 Restrictions
